PLEASE NOTE THIS KIT IS TO BE USED OFF PUBLIC ROADS AND/OR ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH THE NECESSARY PERMISSIONS ONLY. For an ebike to be UK road compliant it has to have a maximum power output of 250 watts and limited to 15.5mph. Please visit the GOV.UK site for more information.
Complete kit with one of my batteries in the 52v range and 60a sinewave controller kit. You will not need anything else other than a donor bike to be converted.
Ideal for those who don't care much about top speed but still want the 60a setup torque.
Personally I would never choose this combo. It doesn't quite make sense to me. I would prefer a 45a kit run on a 72v battery combo to a 52v battery running a 60a combo. Or of course a 60v or 72v battery running a 60a combo.
The battery options provided are the ones below:
- 52v 30ah option, this is the shortest range option but also the cheapest option if your budget is tight. This is also your only option if your frame is rather small as this battery is smaller than the 52v 40ah option https://epoweruk.net/products/52v-30ah-60a-bluetooth-ant-bms-triangle-ebike-battery
- 52v 40ah option, this is my biggest 52v pack and this option paired with the 60a kit is also the longest range 60a setup I can provide. https://epoweruk.net/products/52v-38-4ah-long-rang-ebike-triangle-battery
The kit supplied is the one below:

All components and connectors will be matching and compatible with each other.
This is how I calculated the peak power written in the title
The controller is 60a but at peak it draws closer to 70a. A 52v battery full charged is 58.8v but lower under full load because of voltage sag. So rough calculation (65a current)×(54v)= 3510w, rounded it to 3500w
