The motor itself is pretty much the same but the 135mm required 6mm worth of spacers behind the disk which then moved the disk bolts too close to the motor cable which could potentially result in a damaged motor cable if they end up touching. Installing a 7 speed freewheel also required several axle spacers, which is not an issue in itself but to have the wheel centred in the frame you would need to install just as many spacers on the disk side too and that resulted in having a motor that had an overall width of over 150mm but more complicated. All of my repetitive buyers also agreed that the 150mm dropout motor is much easier to deal with. I wouldn't have switched over to 150mm dropout motors if I didn't think it was worth it and as a matter of fact the 150mm dropout motor axle is longer overall so I am paying more in shipping than I would pay for a 135mm dropout motor because of the wider box required to ship them.

If any questions on this or any other regards feel free to contact me.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE COME WITH XT150 PHASE CONNECTORS NOW.

Max current they can handle is 45 amps

Max raccomended voltage 72v

3.5t motor

Dropout size is 135mm

14×10mm axle so will require 14mm torque arms (see my torque arms section for custom torque arms if needed)

Mtx39 double walled rim

Freewheel included please choose between single speed, 7 speed, 8 speed or 9 speed

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0628/1012/8610/files/rn-image_picker_lib_temp_78ff3479-2c05-437b-b36c-547fc8fe680a.jpg?v=1694794482
qs205-5000w-motor-19
Qs205 5000W motor 19"

Qs205 50H motor

5000w rated

19" moto rim including tube and tyre

150mm dropouts width

Xt150 phase connectors

PLEASE NOTE THIS KIT IS TO BE USED OFF PUBLIC ROADS AND/OR ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH THE NECESSARY PERMISSIONS ONLY.
